We have been looking forward to the day when we can welcome you back into our restaurants and have been preparing many changes to keep Piada a safe and enjoyable experience for you, your friends and family.
These changes in dining room procedures and online ordering protocols are a reflection of and a commitment to our core value of Genuine Hospitality and how we keep it at the center of all that we do.
Curbside pick up Now you can enjoy curbside pick up at mypiada.com. Stay in your car and we'll bring your order upon arrival.
Contact-free delivery We'll leave your order just outside your door and notify you on arrival when you order from mypiada.com, the Piada app or DoorDash.
Tamper-evident packaging We've added safety seals to all pick up and delivery orders and provide individually wrapped utensils.
Surface sanitization We've increased the frequency of routine dining room checks and disinfect all surfaces every 30 minutes.
Hand sanitation stations We've added multiple hand sanitization stations at key locations in our dining rooms for your safety and convenience.
Sneeze guards We've added barriers at the register to keep contact to a minimum when handing off orders on our front lines.
Team wellness checks Team Members are screened for symptoms of illness prior to clocking in.
Face masks We've provided face masks for all Team Members to wear on and off their shifts.
Hand-washing & gloves We've increased the frequency that our Teams wash their hands and swap their gloves during each shift.
