A little sunshine for your day. Meet Victoria: natural leader, free spirit and craft beer connoisseur.

Six months ago, Victoria was presented the opportunity to transfer from Tyler, TX to our Dallas market and she hopped on it. Today, she enjoys exploring Dallas and living life to its fullest. Her passion, dedication and excitement for life run deep.

Victoria is new to DFW but you’ll find her at a local indie-rock show or browsing booths at local farmers markets. When she’s not hunting for the best trails and rock-climbing spots, she’s probably researching her next wanderlust trip or hunting for the best mac & cheese in the city. Looking for a restaurant recommendation or sweet brewery? You know who to ask.

At Piada, Victoria is gifted with leading by example, working alongside her younger teammates and teaching them the spirit of Genuine Hospitality.

“I love coaching my team and setting an example. I’ve made many friendships here. I care a lot about personal growth and it’s important to me to continually learn and develop in order to advance in my career.”

Providing an excellent Guest experience is one skill that has always come naturally to Victoria - and it’s definitely paid off.

“Interacting with Guests never fails to put a smile on my face. That's why I enjoy working on the line. I love seeing their faces light up when I ask them about their day or how they are doing because they don’t expect it.”

Since joining Team Piada last year, Victoria has done an amazing job of crushing every opportunity and challenge that’s come her way. The highlight of her Piada journey was when she became a Chef and was given the opportunity to move to Dallas and work at Piada Richardson.

“I knew management believed in me and could see me developing into a leader. They reinforced I was capable of handling this challenge and that really boosted my morale. I’m grateful to have a career that allows me to continue exploring my passions and live my life to the fullest each day.”

The best advice Victoria could give to new Team Members looking to grow their career?

“Always be passionate about life and care about everything you do. Learn and grow every day, and work hard towards your long-term goals.”
