We do not require site registration to access the Website, in which case the only information collected is standard internet information such as cookies and server logs. However, certain information supplied by Users, particularly Users who have registered on the Website, will be used by Piada to provide you with requested information or services. Piada WILL NOT share your personally identifying personal information with any other companies or individuals, with specific exception for services provided by our third-party partners for the placing and fulfillment of online or mobile ordering. Piada reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of User behavior in order to measure consumer interest in the various areas of our Website and Apps.
Registration and Volunteered Information. Portions of the Website and Apps require that Users give us contact information, such as a contact name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address. If you supply us with your e-mail address, you may receive periodic messages from Piada regarding our restaurant, promotions and services, though you may opt out of receiving future mailings pursuant to the opt-out process set forth below.
If you supply us with your postal address, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new promotions, services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by opting out pursuant to the opt-out process below.
By registering, you agree that you have acknowledged and understand that you are strictly limited to one account created per individual. Creation of duplicate accounts may result in the forfeiture of ALL accumulated points and rewards, up to a lifetime ban from Piada One. The decision of Piada as the result of deliberate duplicate account creation by a User is final. Continuing to create additional accounts once notified by Piada of the revocation of privileges may result in escalated consequences.
Opt-Out Procedure. Piada will always provide you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us. You may request at any time not to receive future communications from us by choosing ‘unsubscribe’ from the most recent mailing you received. This assures that the email address to which we have been sending email is the one you are unsubscribing from our lists.
To unsubscribe from mobile messaging, you may email us using our contact form to request removal. You will need to provide your mobile phone number and phone carrier (ex: AT & T, Sprint, Verizon) to assure we can locate your record.

Subscriptions. Users who purchase a subscription agree to the terms that subscriptions are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Canceling a subscription will stop auto-renewal, but will not issue a partial refund. Orders placed with the benefit of a qualifying subscription may make the order ineligible to receive credit in the Piada Rewards program.
Piada reserves the right to cancel any subscription plan at any time. If exercised, Users with affected subscriptions will continue to receive the benefit of their purchase through remainder of the billing cycle.
Refund Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase made at Piada, a refund will be issued on date of purchase only. All refunds are at the discretion of Piada. If you feel like your issue has not been 100% resolved, please contact us via our Feedback Form.
