Meatball Fan,
We just didn’t know. We knew the meatball was good, and that you liked it, but
we didn't know how much. Until
it went away. We
figured - who wants a meatball during the summer? Answer – you did. Lesson
learned and we apologize.
Taking The Piada Meatball off our menu was a difficult decision, but we removed it because we care about the quality of the products we serve you. Though our meatball was good, we knew it could be better. Our Chefs have been determined to find a higher quality, healthier meatball. And we found just that.
We’re happy to announce that The Piada Meatball is now made with 100% grass-fed beef. Why does that matter? No antibiotics. No hormones. The best quality. Additionally, grass-fed beef is easier to digest and is lower in calories and fat.
Our Chefs are trained to craft the perfect meatball using few ingredients: 100% beef, a variety of Italian seasonings, fresh Ricotta cheese, egg, milk, breadcrumbs and Italian Plum tomatoes.
We apologize for the delay, but hope you enjoy the improvement to our all-new, high quality, grass-fed meatball. We’ll always keep working.
