Transport yourself to a field of fresh basil, nestled in the mountains of California. There’s no shortage of aromatics here! This is where our Basil Pesto begins.

Our R&D Chef, Dawn, prepared our signature Basil Pesto in the fields where our recipe's star ingredient is grown— creating the freshest, most flavorful Pesto we've ever tasted. Toss with your favorite pasta, top off your grilled salmon, vegetables, chicken, salad, etc. and instantly elevate the simplest of meals. We promise you'll be reaching for this recipe again and again!

What You'll Need | Serves 4-6

— 1 1/2 cups Basil

— 3/4 cup Parsley

— 4 cloves Garlic

— 2 cups Olive Oil

— 1/3 cup Parmesan (shredded)

— 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice

— 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt

Remove stems from basil and parsley, and roughly chop cloves of garlic. Add basil, parsley and garlic to blender or food processor (we used an immersion blender when preparing this recipe in the basil field).

Add shredded parmesan, kosher salt and lemon juice to blender.

Begin blending while slowly pouring in oil until fully incorporated.

Your Basil Pesto is complete! Serve with your favorite pasta— we recommend thin spaghetti— and dig in! You can store your homemade Basil Pesto in the fridge for up to 4 days.
