East Liberty which opened in the summer of 2021, was designed as a digitally forward kitchen, but Guest preferences have shifted back to in-person ordering and the traditional Piada Experience. What We Serve

At Piada Italian Street Food, we craft tossed pastas, chopped salads, and our signature Piadas, a thin, stone-baked dough rolled with fresh ingredients and big flavor. From craveable sauces to fresh toppings, everything is made to order so you can customize a meal built around what you love.

At Piada, we believe great food should be inclusive and customizable. The East Liberty menu features vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-friendly options, with full nutrition and allergen information available online so every guest can order with confidence. Whether you’re craving a handcrafted Piada, a fresh chopped salad, or one of our signature pastas, each dish is made to order with fresh, high-quality ingredients by our chef-led team.

"I'm not a huge fan of chains but there are a few I really like it in this case date I say love? This new location on Centre is so close to my house and I'm super excited about that. The food is absolutely delicious as always. Cute and very clean little spot with limited indoor seating as well as outdoor. Staff is so super nice and really seem to enjoy their jobs. Seriously huge portions and flavors that even this Italian gal approves of. 100%!!"
