The first step on their morning check list? Preparing fresh salmon.
Our Chefs receive overnight shipments of fresh salmon from Chile multiple times per week.
Every morning, the Chef skins and fillets the salmon. It’s kept cold, but never frozen. The salmon is coated with extra virgin olive oil, grilled and then topped with a lemon pepper seasoning.
Served fresh for our Guests. Every time.
