Incredibly delicious and tender, we often find ourselves eating just a side of Crispy Chicken with Creamy Parm— the flavor and crunch of these bite-sized, little golden “nuggets” is so strong they truly stand out all on their own.

What You'll Need | Yields 8.5 cups of breading

- 4 cups of All Purpose Flour

- 2 cups of Rice Flour

- 2 cups of Corn Starch

- 1/2 cup of sugar

- 1/3 cup kosher salt

- 1 tsp of cayenne

- 2 Tbsp black pepper

- 3 Tbsp garlic powder

- 2 oz ranch seasoning

- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley


Prepare your parsley! Wash your parsley in cold water then pat dry. Pick the parsley leaves off the stem and place the leaves in a small mound on your cutting board. Slice your parsley until it's finely chopped.


In a clean mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients starting with flour.


Once all ingredients are in the mixing bowl, use a whisk and carefully combine all ingredients.
